Leaving a mark on the Australian design market, the CAFE LIGHTING & LIVING buyers work closely with
interior design professionals to create statement collections of products that adapt to a variety of interior styles.
From the ever-popular Hamptons, Coastal look to Traditional and transitional interior styles. 
While also working closely with property stylists, trade professionals and renovation experts.

Our History

 
CAFE LIGHTING & LIVING is a family owned business founded and directed by Frank Laureti and the Laureti family.
Initially the founding CAFE Lighting company supplied national discount retail chains with high volumes of a small range of table lamps since its
opening in 1995. Importing and distributing the iconic Espresso Touch Lamp 
whose sales have now surpassed the $1 million dollar mark.

With the business' success the next ten years saw the CAFE Lighting ranges
expand from touch lamps to chandeliers, pendants and floor lamps. Then in 2004, the company rebranded to
CAFE LIGHTING to CAFE LIGHTING & LIVING to reflect these category expansions. 

Our passionate buying team travelled worldwide from Italy, Paris to China and India to source and design on trend products that would leave a mark on the Australian interior design market.
Working towards a product launch every February and July at the Sydney and
Melbourne Decor + Decoration and Gift Trade fairs.
Our designers worked tirelessly to ensure a presentation of statement products to inspire interior designers. Reknowned for our elaborate container displays,
the CL&L stands won Best Stand for three years in a row at Decoration and Design Melbourne.
