Rhonda has even been so kind as to share her Granny Bertha's secret Apple Pie recipe (adapted for modern day living).

It appears we have a few sweet tooths on board, with a collection of stellar recipes, sweet or savoury, that are perfect for entertaining, or family treats. I've included my favourite 15 minute meal ... something for everyone.

‘I’ve adapted Granny’s recipe for quick, easy baking ...
but if you’re a purist, like Granny Bertha, you might prefer to stew your own granny smith apples.
Granny Bertha liked a rustic looking pie, so she’d flatten remaining pastry by hand and throw it on top, but feel free to roll it if you like a more professional look’
‘Super colourful and tasty, this dip is served with corn chips or, better still, make your own using Lebanese bread cut into squares ... just sprinkle with any herbs / seasoning desired and bake for 10min until crispy.'
